Our Data Centers

We currently serve and store data out of 4 Tier 3+ data centers, strategically located in Dallas, TX, New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA and Singapore.

Dallas, TX (DLLSTX2) is located in the heart of downtown Dallas, TX. It is in a Tier 3+ facility on the same protected power grid as Dallas 911 and the local hospitals. This means we are exempt from rolling blackouts that historically have been an occurrence due to the Texas summer heat. Power is sent to the data center from four different substations, requiring all four substations to go offline before power to the building is interrupted.

If your target audience is in the USA, Canada and/or North America, our Dallas, TX location will reduce the amount of jumps your visitors will have to take before accessing your data.

Los Angeles, CA (LA4) is located in El Segundo, LA4 is home to a high concentration of content delivery networks. This makes LA4 an ideal location for increased customer reach and an end-user experience. LA4 offers campus-cross connectivity to LA3 and interconnection to the FASTER subsea cable to Japan. Additionally, LA4 provides direct connections to Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform and other cloud service providers through the Equinix Cloud Exchange™.

If your target audience is primarily on the west coast/pacific or South America, our Los Angeles, CA location will reduce the amount of jumps your visitors will have to take before accessing your data.

New York, NY  (NY7) is located on West Side Ave serves the world’s largest financial, media, and enterprise companies with Equinix IBX facilities and premium interconnection services.

If your target audience is in the on the East Coast or Canada, our New York, NY location will reduce the amount of jumps your visitors will have to take before accessing your data.

Singapore (SG1) at Ayer Rajah is home to the Asia-Pacific Network Operation Center (NOC) with Internet exchange points access to one of the world’s three GRX peering points. With 2N power redundancy and N+1 cooling redundancy. Our Singapore location is ideal if your target audience is located in Southeast Asia, India and Australia.
